Activates vacuum with compressed air, from venturi principle, at command and creates a vacuum at the surface covered by the gripper. Detects achieved vacuum and activates a signal to start motion. Energy saving system.
There are several release functions for a secure release of the product:
- Release with pressure sensor. The gripper senses when vacuum is eliminated and adjusts the necessary amount of air for optimum energy consumption and smoothes release not causing unnecessary dust.
- Time controlled release. The gripper uses air for a predestined time from 50 ms to several seconds
- Controlled by signal. Release air will be administrated as long as you activate release signal.
