The innovative OVI Palletizing is a flexible solution for packaging a wide variety of box dimensions, with a small footprint, a mobile robot and a competitive productivity measured in zero downtime, zero human error and a fast application configuration.
Everything starts with the palletizing pattern configuration, this is easily done in the OPM(Ovi Pattern Maker app) that runs on both Windows and Linux. This application permits configuration of a palletizing with a wide variety of boxes dimensions and pallets dimensions. All this is intuitive and contains multiple screens for each parameter. The applications outputs two files, one PDF File, which contains a palletizing report and one file used in the robot program. Once the patternis configured, file is loaded into the robot through the OVI Palletizing URCap (by pressing the LOAD button). With all these steps done, and the calibration at the station succesfully finalized, all that remains to be done is press play and the robot will start palletizing.
