dPally offers a highly sophisticated depalletizing software solution for Universal Robots, designed to meet diverse industrial needs – as you can depalletize from two pallets onto two conveyor belts. The software supports most hardware (also custom-built). The URCap eliminates the need for vision, offering a more cost-effective and comprehensive depalletizing solution.

The dPally URCap can generate a complete depalletizer program, which includes all move commands with the supported hardware types.
The typical use case for a dPally depalletizing robot is described as follows:

  • The operator starts the robot and the depalletizer software.
  • The operator selects the product to be depalletized.
  • The robot starts depalletizing on a full pallet.
  • When the pallet is empty, the operator must replace it with a full pallet.
  • The program can use two pallet positions to minimize pallet replacement downtime.
  • Depalletizing continues until the operator stops the program.
