We'll avoid collisions, singularities, and let you simulate your program so you can spend less time programming and more time welding. Verbotics can help you unlock high-quality, repeatable, and fast robotic welding automation with your UR.

Import your 3D part model into Verbotics, and we then analyse the geometry to identify welding paths. You then tell us how you want your welds to be done, click “Plan”, and let Verbotics do the rest. We will plan all the required robot motions, and convert them into ready-to-run robot code. A key feature is the automatic path finding, meaning you can account for real-world part deviations without needing to touch up your program.
