The dispenseCube is a system for dosing low to high viscosity media such as adhesives, solder pastes, paint or similar. The system enables droplet formation to be avoided for a better finish of the adhesive bead. By adjusting the pressure and flow rate, a wide range of viscosities can be dispensed. Adapters for 1Component 300ml or 2Component 50g cartridges are also available. The dispenseCUBE can be used for continuous line dispensing, gap filling and for smaller drops. There is no limitation of adhesive technology, therefore the dispenseCUBE can be used for anaerobics, silicon, ms-polymers, cyanoacrylate, epoxy and even more.
The dispenseCube enables the dispensing of low to high viscosity adhesives in combination with an external compressed air source. The quantity of the dispensed medium can be freely varied via pressure and flow rate. The dispensing process can be controlled by the URCAP by means of a time control.
