This application kit comes with the MicroTorque MTF6000 controller, QMC QMT spindle, smart vacuum pump MT and screw dispensing system, perfect for screwdriving ranges for low torque tightening. The MicroTorque system provides precision tightening for applications up to 2.5 Nm (22 in-lbs) of torque. The MicroTorque system also has error-proofing features ideal for use in robotic applications, such as cross-thread detection and the ability to detect missing screws, which would trigger the robot to try to pick up another screw. The interface between the Universal Robot and the MicroTorque system is intuitive, and operators can easily follow the visual cues in the interface to program and optimize the MicroTorque system for use on the robot. Using this URCap, easily walk through the entire assembly process, from screw pickup, joint assembly, and reject management.
