The system holder clamp is a new way to guide conduits along UR robots. As it is made out of stainless steel and components of galvanized steel and removable rubber, it is ideal for welding applications and harsh environments. With the joint bolts clamp, we remain true to our principle of easy installation. The clamp offers the possibility to fasten all murrplastik system holders made of plastic without metal lock from nominal width M25 to 70 Jumbo. Select the system holder clamp in the respective size to fit the clamping range of the UR arms. When the clamp is squeezed at the rubber profile, the screw can be opened outwards.
As a next step, the clamp can be pulled apart and easily attached to the robot. As soon as the clamp is attached and at the right position, close the clamp and insert the screw back into the thread. Use a hexagon socket wrench to fasten the screw.
