The Kenos®️FlexiGrip (KFG) is a vacuum foam gripper that can be used as a single gripper on robots. Its foam surface offers the versatility to pick a variety of different products without adjustment. Its modular design provides the flexibility for fast and easy set-up in case of product changes as well as simple integration in to existing equipment. Available in round or rectangular format with flow restriction, check valve or bag gripping technology, the KFG offers a stable and rigid grip even on uneven, rough, structured or textured surfaces and can be used to pick up objects of porous or non-porous materials.
The Kenos®️ FlexiGrip series is made around a body that can hold a venturi generator or a connector for an external vacuum generator. The robot fixture is placed on the top of the body, ready to be installed on the UR wrist. This body can be configured with many different sizes and technologies depending on the type of products to pick. Once installed on the UR cobot and linked with the pneumatic valve inclubeaded in the package the gripper is ready to work.
