- Remove Thomson Collaborative 7th Axis from crate and mount linear units per manual instructions.
- Attach cobot to pre-drilled mounting plate and connect UR flexible power cable through included cable management tray.
- Set up safety I/O from Thomson Control Cabinet to UR controller per manual.
- Install URCap and set Collision Detection Sensitivity for the Collaborative 7th Axis under the Installation tab.
- Collaborative 7th Axis is ready to use! Utilize linear Freedrive mode to set linear waypoints in the robot program.
