DirectConnect tool plates mount directly to Robohand grippers. The TC1 tool plates also work with DESTACO’s modular Tool Tree Storage solution to organize cobot tools and safely store them when not in use. Tools mounted to TC1 Tool Plates are stored by sliding the tool plate into the tool tree holders. Tree height comes in 3 different lengths for holding up to 8 tools. The Tool holder Tree accessory is user assembled starting with a mounting base Kit. An aluminum extrusion is inserted into the mounting base to create the tree structure. Tool Mount Clamp Kits that hold TC1 tool plates are added as needed to the extrusion in an orientation and spacing that best fits the workstation. All kits include tools and hardware with easy-to-follow instructions.
