Complex robotic inspections often require lights in multiple combinations and varying intensities. With the DoAll, you don't have to switch lights for each task. The DoAll allows any combination of inspections - presence/absence, color matching, color identification, alignment, defect identification, and more - without changing the light. The DoAll is a multipurpose machine vision inspection light that combines the capabilities of six different lights into one compact unit. It's designed to be mounted to the end of a UR robot and perform a multitude of inspections using multiple techniques.
The DoAll can function as a dome light, low angle dark field ring light, mid angle dark field ring light, RGBW ring light, four-quadrant ring light, and a NIR ring light. In addition to the lights contained within the unit, the DoAll also has two auxiliary power connections - further increasing the variety of inspections it can perform.
The outer shell of the DoAll has an array of t-slots used when mounting the unit to the robotic arm. These t-slots also provide a way in which to attach the two auxiliary lights directly to the DoAll.
Manage the light through the included DoAll Light Manager (DLM). Configure the DLM directly from the teach pendant through the DoAll Configurator URCap. From here, the entire inspection can be programmed with a drag-and-drop interface, from the positioning of the robotic arm to the acquisition of an image. Multiple inspections can then be saved and cycled through as needed.
