Performance Check

The Performance Check will be conducted remotely by Universal Robots in cooperation with the Customer. Universal Robots will review the program to ensure that the cobot is operating optimally. A report, including recommendations for potential improvements, will be handed over to the customer after completion.

UR INSIGHT - 12 Months

myUR Monitoring provides a range of insights on the cobots performance through dashboards, notifications, monitoring, etc. The product requires connecting the cobot to the internet, and transfers data to Universal Robots’ cloud servers. The product is accessible via the myUR Customer Portal. Requires software version 5.4.3 or newer for e-Series, and 3.12.1 and newer for CB3. UR Onsite Service

UR Onsite Service offers preventative maintenance on your cobot. A field service engineer will be sent onsite to conduct a visual and functional inspection of the cobot. A performance check will be conducted remotely after the visit. Universal Robots will review the program to ensure that the cobot is operating optimally. A report, including recommendations for potential improvements, will be handed over to the customer after completion. Price is per cobot and does not include spare parts.
